Membership Terms

These terms apply when you subscribe to a Creator's membership.

1. What you're buying

A membership is a monthly, recurring subscription granting access to whatever models a specific Creator has marked "members-only." It's a subscription relationship between you and Buya3DPrint, not a direct service relationship with the Creator.

2. Billing

Membership renews automatically each month. You're charged on the same date each month as your original subscription date.

3. Cancellation

You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period, and auto-renewal stops. Amounts already paid for the current period are not partially refunded — see the Refund & Withdrawal Policy.

Product decisionThe cancellation mechanics differ by payment provider today: if your card is on file with Stripe, it can be managed via Stripe's own billing portal; if you paid via the current default provider PayTR or via iyzico, cancellation/pausing happens purely at the platform's database level (no separate action is needed on PayTR's/iyzico's side, and no further card charge occurs).

4. If the Creator changes or removes a tier

A Creator can deactivate a membership tier; existing subscribers keep access until the end of their current period, but no new subscriptions can be started.

5. License scope

Files downloaded through a membership carry the same license stated on the model page — see the License Terms. If your membership ends, you may continue using files already downloaded, but new download access closes.
