Digital Content & Download Policy

This document explains exactly what happens when you buy a digital model (STL/3MF file) or a license upgrade on Buya3DPrint, and what the withdrawal-right waiver you confirm before purchase actually means.

1. Immediate delivery

Once your payment is confirmed, download access opens immediately — there is no waiting period or separate "delivery" step.

2. Withdrawal-right waiver

Legal requirementUnder Turkey's Distance Contracts Regulation (Art. 15/1-ğ) and the equivalent EU mechanism (Consumer Rights Directive Art. 16(m)), the statutory right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content delivered electronically and immediately, where you gave prior express consent to that immediate performance and acknowledged you thereby lose your right of withdrawal. This is exactly what the second, separate consent checkbox at checkout represents — distinct from, and in addition to, accepting the general Terms of Service.

You cannot download the file without giving this consent; download access is not granted without it (enforced at the system level, not just as a text warning).

3. What you're actually buying

What you receive is a usage license, as defined by whatever license the model page states — not ownership of the file itself. See the License Terms for the full scope (personal/commercial/enterprise, Creative Commons, etc.).

4. Technical protection and compatibility

Files carry no DRM protection; they're provided in standard formats (STL/3MF/OBJ, etc.) compatible with any software that supports those formats. No guarantee is made of compatibility with any specific software.

5. Download security and limits

Download links are authenticated and time-limited (a signed URL valid for a few minutes) — a public, permanent link is never shared. Depending on the model's download policy (unlimited, one-time, 5/10 downloads), your re-download right may vary — stated on the model page.

6. Reporting a problem

If a file is corrupted, doesn't match its listing, or you have a download issue, the 7-day case-by-case review process in the Refund & Withdrawal Policy still applies, independent of the withdrawal-right waiver above.
